LOFT, a division of US retailer Ann Taylor, has announced it
will open 4 new stores in Ontario this year. The women's fashion brand opened
its first Canadian store at Toronto's Yorkdale Shopping Centre last year.
"Since the opening of our first international LOFT
store in Toronto last year, we've had the
opportunity to build relationships with our Canadian customers, and we're
thrilled to collaborate even more with women across Ontario through these new
locations," said Alia Ahmed-Yahia, Chief Style Director in the official
press release. "We understand that Canadians have a unique style and
through these store openings, we are enthusiastic about the greater chance to
share advice and uncover new ideas to help women create fashion-forward looks
that are their own."
A location at the Toronto Eaton Centre is slated to open
this month. Additional locations will open at Lime Ridge Mall (Hamilton) in July, Markville Shopping Centre
(Markham) in August, and Square One Shopping Centre (Mississauga) in October.
